Students Terms of Services

1. CLASS GUIDELINES

To ensure an effective and engaging online learning experience, we strongly recommend that students attend virtual classes in a dedicated and distraction-free environment. Please ensure the privacy of the teacher is not exposed.

2. COMPENSATION POLICY

In the event of a student's absence, the teacher may provide makeup classes for a maximum of one to two sessions, subject to prior 1 hour notification. Conversely, if the teacher is unable to conduct a scheduled class, they will ensure that all missed classes are compensated. (Terms and conditions apply)

3. CANCELLATION POLICY

Once the child has registered for the month and paid the required fee. Cancellation will not be entertained and the fee will not be refunded

If you have any questions, concerns, or feedback regarding our teaching staff, please do not hesitate to contact our management team. Please note that private associations with our teaching staff that may compromise the integrity or reputation of the institute are strictly prohibited.
