1.Compensation Policy

• In case of long leave the management must be informed so that a substitute will be arranged
• The teacher can only miss classes due to emergency reasons.The parent must be informed prior 1 hour
• Maximum of 2 classes missed by the student can be compensated by the teacher

2.Professional Conduct

• Use a tablet/laptop while taking class.
• Maintain a professional demeanor at all times
• Participate in workshops to stay updated on best practices.
• Maintain confidentiality and discretion in handling student and staff matters.
• No private associations with the students that may lead to the harm of the institute (eg: private tutoring)
• Preferably use zoom platform

3.Teacher obligations

• Report any concerns or changes to the management immediately.
• Promote student wellbeing and provide support when needed.
• Be accountable for student progress and achievement take attendance regularly

4.Teaching Responsibilities

• Integrate islamic values and principles into lesson
• Promote respect, tolerance, and understanding of different cultures and faiths.
• Use technology to enhance teaching and learning.
• Plan lessons ahead of time
• Engage the child with fun activities
