1. Agreement to Terms
Welcome to Deen Circle Academy ("Academy", "we", "us", "our"). By registering an account, booking a demo class, enrolling in a course, or using our online learning platform (deencircle.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use our services.
2. Minor Students & Parental / Guardian Consent Contract
Deen Circle Academy provides educational services to students of all ages, including children under 18 years old. To ensure the safety and legal protection of minor students:
- Parent / Guardian Authorization: Any account registration, course enrolment, or demo booking for a student under the age of 18 must be executed by a parent or legal guardian.
- Contractual Binding: By registering on behalf of a minor, you confirm that you are the parent or legal guardian and accept full contractual responsibility for course fees, attendance, and adherence to our policies.
- Supervision & Parental Access: Parents and guardians retain full access to their child's student dashboard, lesson progress, attendance records, and teacher remarks.
3. Educational Services & Live Classrooms
We provide live 1-on-1 and group online classes in Quran Recitation, Tajweed, Quran Hifdh, Arabic Language, and Islamic Studies.
- Class Attendance & Punctuality: Students are expected to join live sessions on time via their assigned video classroom link (Google Meet / Zoom).
- Rescheduling & Missed Classes: Rescheduling requests must be submitted at least 12 hours in advance. Unexcused student absences without prior notification will not be refunded or made up.
- Substitute Teachers: In the event of teacher illness or emergency, the Academy reserves the right to provide a qualified substitute teacher to maintain learning continuity.
4. Tuition Fees, Payments & Satisfaction Guarantee
Course fees are billed in accordance with the student's selected region, country pricing, and class frequency (3, 4, or 5 days per week).
- Free Demo Guarantee: All new students are eligible for a 100% free 1-on-1 demo class prior to making any payment commitment.
- Payment Methods: Tuition payments are processed securely via PayPal or integrated payment gateways.
- 7-Day Refund Policy: If a student or parent is dissatisfied with their course within the first 7 days of paid enrolment, a full 100% refund may be requested by emailing contact@deencircle.com.
5. Code of Conduct & Respectful Learning Environment
Deen Circle Academy strives to foster an Islamic environment rooted in mutual respect, dignity, and adab (Islamic manners). Students and parents agree to:
- Treat teachers, scholars, staff, and fellow students with respect and courtesy.
- Refrain from inappropriate language, disruptive behavior, or sharing inappropriate content in classroom chat channels.
- Maintain modest attire and proper decorum during live video sessions.
6. Intellectual Property Rights
All curriculum materials, Noorani Qaaidah digital workbooks, Salah trackers, Juz trackers, audio recordings, custom graphics, and software scripts on Deen Circle Academy are the exclusive intellectual property of Deen Circle Academy. Materials are provided solely for personal, non-commercial educational use.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Deen Circle Academy shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from platform downtime, internet disruptions, or third-party service failures.
